Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods & carriers
We ship from the USA using major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Carrier and shipping method are selected at checkout; available options and estimated delivery times appear during checkout.
Shipping rates
- Rates calculated based on package weight and destination..
- Free standard shipping for orders $125 and up.
- Expedited and overnight options available at checkout; rates vary.
Domestic delivery estimates
- Standard: 5–10 business days after processing.
- Expedited: 1–3 business days after processing.
International shipping
We currently ship only within the USA.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use the tracking link to view delivery status. Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking information.
Address changes & incorrect addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update an address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order — once the order has shipped we cannot change the address. Orders returned for an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges to resend.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with household members and your local post office or carrier. If still missing, contact us and we’ll help open an investigation with the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging and contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Backorders & out-of-stock items
If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date or offer a full refund. For preorders, estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.
Multiple shipments
If items in your order ship separately, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown per order.
Customs, duties & taxes
Not applicable for domestic (USA) orders.
