About Us

We're two adopted dogs who were abandoned in an empty field during a rainstorm. We were so scared the nice people at the shelter took extra time during our intake. Their kennels were overcrowded but we didn't mind; it was warm and dry. Fortunately, we didn't have to stay there too long. When we were leaving the shelter, the lucky guy (he fell for our super cute mugshots) had to sign a disclosure stating that we might be problematic. Yet here we are, just over a year later, running our own business. This is our way to fund our upkeep and to stay healthy (yes, we have monthly insurance bills, but no, we still don't like going to the vet). We do love getting plenty of kibble and treats, new toys on holidays, and afternoon car rides. Oh we'll also share the profit from sales with our two board members, Finley and Hoyt (they too were adopted from a county shelter, the same one actually!). They're retiring soon so we want to make sure they get everything they want. Ultimately though, our goal is to help out places like the shelters we came from as there are countless of other dogs-and yes, cats too, deserving of love and care.
